A Santa Clarita tax adviser is throwing his hat in the ring for the 25th Congressional District, seeking the seat held by Congressman Buck McKeon, R-Santa Clarita, for more than 20 years. Troy Castagna, 37, of Saugus, who runs his business TC Financial, out of a Santa Clarita Valley office.
