    Grammy Award-Winner Kenny Loggins To Perform Benefit Concert

    The Golden Valley High School Marching Band Booster Club welcomes Santa Clarita residents to a benefit concert starring Grammy award-winner Kenny Loggins on Oct. 21.

    The show is scheduled to take place at 8 p.m. in the Golden Valley High School performing arts center.

    Tickets Now On Sale For Ventura Dinner Cruise

    Tickets are now on sale for a Sept. 27 Ventura Harbor Village and Dinner Harbor Cruise, according to a city of Santa Clarita news release.

    Anyone interested in attending the harbor cruise with dinner, which includes round-trip transportation via private charter bus, sign up before Sept. 19.

    Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials are trying to raise awareness and cut down on crimes of opportunity throughout Santa Clarita and the unincorporated areas with new crime prevention notices.

    City Council To Look At Red Light Camera Renewal In March

    The city of Santa Clarita's 5-year contract with Redflex for red light cameras at seven intersections is up for renewal. After receiving comments from residents the City Council requested the renewal be put on the agenda for the March 25 meeting.

    Citrus Classic Balloon Festival Has Discounted Tickets Through KHTS

    The 6th Annual Citrus Classic Balloon Festival will take place on July 26 through July 28 in Santa Paula.

    The three day festival will include tethered balloon rides, stunt planes, sky divers, food vendors, real train rides and a kids zone. Live music will also be playing throughout the weekend. Performing bands include The House Arrest Band, Johnny and the Love Handles, The Retreads, Juano and Friends and The Bomb with Victor Vega.
