Assemblyman Scott Wilk, R-Santa Clarita, has selected Newhall resident Erika Schwartz to represent the 38^th Assembly District during the 9^th annual Holocaust Remembrance Day Ceremony in Sacramento. On April 8^th the California Assembly and the Holocaust Memorial Project will honor Holocaust survivors, the second generation, and liberators during Holocaust Memorial Week.  

Assemblyman Scott Wilk (R, 38th District) has been appointed to serve on five select committees in the state Assembly. Speaker John A. Pérez has named Wilk to the select committees on Biotechnology; Community Colleges; Addressing Out of School, Unemployed Youth; Status of Boys and Men of Color in California; and Youth and California’s Future. Each committee plays into a long-time interest of the Santa Clarita assemblyman.

Assemblyman Scott Wilk, R-Santa Clarita, has joined Assemblywoman Diane Harkey, R-Dana Point, in her request for an audit of the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s oversight and management of private contractors.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority is overseeing the initial 29 mile stretch of California’s High-Speed Rail system.

Assemblyman Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita) has announced the new location of his District Office in Santa Clarita. The District Office is now located at 27441 Tourney Road, in Suite 160.
