    Incredibly imaginative art! During the Community Resource Center’s (CRC) Art of Recycling showcase, Whittier area residents were able to see firsthand how their used recyclables can be reinvented into something exciting and functional.

    Instead of throwing away your used clothes, you can drop them off at the Salvation Army drop box provided by the City of Santa Clarita and Waste Management. Waste Management also provides free pick up for clothing donations.

    Increased Trash Service Rates Await City Council Approval

    Trash service rates will increase by 4.31 percent on July 1 if approved by the Santa Clarita City Council at their Tuesday meeting. The new rates would affect both Waste Management and Burrtec customers.
