    Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center officials will host guitarist, songwriter, singer and Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame member Dave Mason of British rock group Traffic and solo renown, who drives his acclaimed "Traffic Jam" tour to Santa Clarita on Thursday, Sept. 18.
