    SCAG Awards Santa Clarita, L.A. County For 'One Valley, One Vision'

    Santa Clarita and Los Angeles County received the Compass Blueprint award from the Southern California Association of Governments for their joint city-county "One Valley, One Vision" plan. The award will be presented to the city council on June 25.
