Investigators determined that the car carrying Paul Walker was traveling approximately 90 mph when it lost control and crashed, killing the actor and his friend Roger Rodas. The widow of Rodas is suing Porsche, saying a design defect caused the crash.
A spokesman for Always Evolving, the Valencia vehicle performance shop owned by Paul Walker and run by Roger Rodas, declined to comment on the future of the company amid unconfirmed reports that they would be closing their doors.
Paul Walker and Roger Rodas were officially identified as the victims in Saturday's one-vehicle fatal collision in Valencia. Rodas was also confirmed as the driver of the Porshe that crashed into a tree and burst into flames, killing both him and his passenger, Walker.
