Jaclyn Kemsley, 27, of Canyon Country, who listed her occupation as waitress, was arrested Sunday on a driving under the influence charge after she failed a field sobriety test, according to a Sheriff’s Station report. Kemsley called a cab to Lucille’s at 24201 Valencia Blvd., around 6 p.m. Sunday, according to the arrest report.
