The City of Santa Clarita is expected to celebrate the expansion and completion of the 51 new garden plots at the Community Gardens at Central Park on Thursday, Oct. 31 at 10 a.m.The ribbon cutting event, hosted by City Council, is planned to celebrate the increased space the Community Gardens is expected to offer to residents.
