A Santa Clarita man is due back in court after an alleged case of early morning munchies at a Canyon Country Jack in the Box landed him in jail, according to Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials. Joseph Taylor, 24, of Santa Clarita, pleaded not guilty earlier this month after he was arrested at 3:30 a.m. April 14 outside of the Jack in the Box at the 18500 block of Via Princessa, near Jason Drive, in Canyon Country. “(Taylor) was charged with misdemeanor second degree burglary, the victim being Jack in the Box; petty theft, with the victim being Jack in the Box; and vandalism causing over $400 in damage,” said Ricardo Santiago, spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
