Telly's To Host Fundraiser For Castaic Family With Autistic Son Who Drowned

A Santa Clarita Valley family and their friends are hosting a fundraiser at Telly's Drive In in Castaic to help with memorial costs for Travis Stratton, a 4-year-old autistic boy who drowned Friday. After a two-hour search Friday, Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies found Travis Stratton, 4, an autistic Castaic child, unresponsive in a pool. “As we were leaving the station, our air unit spotted the boy in a neighbor’s pool and directed deputies into the backyard,” according to a Facebook post from a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station’s Search and Rescue Team. “Several deputies jumped into the pool, uniforms, guns, radios and all to get to the boy. They immediately began CPR on the unresponsive little boy.”
