In the spirit of the holiday season, the College of the CanyonsExtended Opportunities Programs & Services(EOPS)/Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) & CalWORKs department is organizing a communitywide children’s book drive as part of the 8th Annual Holiday Book Festival being held in December.
The City of Santa Clarita invites community members to attend the Fall Fine Craft Show on Saturday and Sunday, November 17 and 18, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Old Orchard Park located at 25032 Avenida Rotella.
The City of Santa Clarita and the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) just teamed up on a new interactive art exhibit along the arroyo between the Valencia and McBean Bridges that is sure to make outdoor activities along this corridor even more exciting for walkers, cyclists and runners.
