Santa Clarita Sports: Santa Clarita Christian Girls Soccer Win 11 In A Row

The Santa Clarita Christian girls soccer team shut out AGBU, 10-0, and won their 11th game in a row.

Susannah Gwinn scored two goals and had an assist.

The Santa Clarita Christian girls are 13-0-2 overall and 3-0 in the Liberty League.

College of the Canyons Sports

In college basketball, the College of the Canyons women beat Allan Hancock College, 84-69, and evened their Western State Conference record at 3-3.

The COC women led 35-32 at halftime. Keiona Williams scored 26 points and had 22 rebounds for the Lady Cougars.

The College of the Canyons men beat Allan Hancock College, 73-66. The Lady Cougars improved to 4-2 in the Western State Conference.

Ilya Ilyayev scored 25 points to lead the Cougars.

Los Angeles Sports Report

In the NBA, the Clippers beat the visiting Washington Wizards, 110-103, and won their fourth game in a row.

Blake Griffin scored 29 points and had nine rebounds for the Clippers. They take on the Golden State Warriors in Oakland tonight.

In the NHL, the Kings host the Pittsburgh Penguins at Staples Center tonight. The Kings are in a bit if a funk, having lost six of their past seven games.

Listen to the game between the Kings and the Penguins tonight on AM 1220 KHTS. The puck drops at 7:30.
