Santa Clarita Sports: Final Four Tuesday For Santa Clarita Valley Teams

It’s final four Tuesday for three teams from the Santa Clarita Valley.

The Hart and Santa Clarita Christian girls soccer teams are in the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section playoffs.

The Canyon boys basketball team is in the semifinals of the Division 2AA playoffs.

Hart plays West Torrance today at Hart High. Hart knocked out Sunny Hills, 5-4 on penalty kicks, in the quarterfinals. Sunny Hills was the No. 1 seed in the playoffs.

West Torrance is the No. 4 seed. Kickoff is at 3.

The Santa Clarita Christian girls play Gabrielino in the semifinals of the Division 7 playoffs. Santa Clarita Christian is 18-0-4 and eliminated Tarbut V’Torah, 4-0, in the quarterfinals.

The game between Santa Clarita Christian and Gabrielino is at College of the Canyons.

The Canyon boys basketball team plays Canyon of Anaheim on the road. If the Canyon boys win, they will play at the Honda Center in Anaheim for the Division 2AA championship on Saturday.
