    Runner's Teen Driving Bill Moves Forward

    Senator Runner’s Legislation Adds Important Safety Measures for Teen Drivers.

    Senator George Runner’s (R-Antelope Valley) legislation to add vital new safety measures that will improve the current teen safety driving laws recently passed the Senate Transportation and Housing Committee. 


    “This legislation will enact common sense reforms that will improve our current teen driver laws and help make our roads safer for our families,” said Runner.


    Dodgers Fall To Pirates

    On Sunday afternoon, the LA Dodgers dropped the final game of a three-game series with the Pittsburgh Pirates, 7-5.  After an off day on Monday, the Dodgers will open up a three game set with the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday night.  You can hear the action, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:30pm LIVE on KHTS.

    Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich will meet with federal officials next week in Washington D.C. to push his reform package to address the high cost of illegal immigration in Los Angeles County and across the nation.

                Curb-to-Curb Service Can Ease Evening Travels.

                    While the elderly and disabled are already regular riders of the City of Santa Clarita Transit’s Dial-A-Ride bus, the general public can also take advantage of the curb-to-curb service for their transportation needs.  


                    Dial-A-Ride service is available to the general public after 6:00 p.m., seven days a week.
