UPDATED: All Lanes Now Open On 14 Freeway After Major Accident
UPDATED 7:54pm: All lanes have now reopened.
7:00pm: The carpool lane has reopened, but the other lanes remain closed.
6:45pm: The 14 freeway remains closed at Agua Dulce Canyon Road, with traffic backed up before Soledad Canyon road as a result. CalTrans is setting up a detour designed to take vehicles off the freeway at Soledad Canyon Road to get around the accident; no word yet on how they are dealing with the cars stuck after Soledad.
California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert on the 14 northbound near Agua Dulce Canyon Road at 4:43 p.m. due to a collision involving multiple vehicles one of which is overturned.

The northbound 14 Freeway is closed in the Agua Dulce area due to a major injury collision that occurred near Vasquez Rocks on Monday at about 4:35 p.m.
At latest report (5:23 p.m.), there were a total of 12 people were injured, of which three sustained critical injuries.
One patient had to be extracted from a vehicle.
Initial reports indicated five vehicles were involved, with at least one vehicle overturned.
According to the CHP website, the incident may have started with a wrong-way driver.
A Sigalert was issued for all northbound lanes.
