Valencia United Methodist Church on McBean Parkway across from Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, will be hosting a block party on Sunday, Sept. 8. The event will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and is open to the public.

This free, family-friendly event will feature activities for all ages, including a water slide, a rock-climbing wall, carnival games, door prizes, a pie-eating contest and more.

Food and live music will be provided at the event.

Parking is available in the Henry Mayo parking lot.
