Green Convergence is getting ready to open their Solar Design Center on Saturday, August 10 from 1pm-6pm at 28490 Westinghouse Place, by the I-5 and 126 freeways. The opening will include a live band and Kona Ice.
Green Convergence likes to advertise that they are a part of the community, “not coming up from an hour away, we are local, we raised our families here,” Figearo said.
The solar company is active in the community, being involved with homes for heroes, a cash for kids program to help support after school activities, as well as Mark Figearo being a Board Chair on the COC Solar Committee.
Lately, buying solar panels has been trending as people try to save in electricity bills, but they are not buying from companies like Green Convergence. Green Convergence advertises the solar panels they use, the methods, warranty, and all that comes with solar panel installation and owning solar panels.
When making a large investment, like a solar panel system this makes Green Convergence stand ahead of the others. Many other places sell systems that are too small and do not fit the customer’s needs, so they are still left with an expensive bill at the end of the month.
At Green Convergence, Mark Figearo said that “most of the time they can completely eliminate that electric bill.”

Upon meeting with Jason Endicott, to talk about SunPower by Green Convergence on air, Mark Figearo brought in his latest electric bill. This included the days when the SCV saw some of their hottest days this summer at 115 degrees and most other days above 100 degrees. With two air conditioning units and his A/C being run all day, his bill was only 11 dollars. Bills of those without solar power range in the hundreds and they are often left in warm homes because they do not want to run the A/C all day.
SunPower by Green Convergence works to lower electric bills to help customers save money. They are known for being courteous, polite and clean installers.
