SCV Deputies Arrest Man For Indecent Exposure Near School

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies arrested a man on indecent exposure charges Tuesday afternoon, a Sheriff’s Station official said.

The incident reportedly took place near a local elementary school.

“He was caught in his car pleasuring himself,” said Lt. Tom Bryski of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“It was across the street from (Santa Clarita Elementary),” Bryski said.

The incident was reported about 3:30 p.m., and the suspect was in custody less than two hours later, according to a Sheriff’s Station official.

A concerned woman saw the suspect and then called the Sheriff’s Station, Bryski said.

When deputies arrived on the scene, the suspect had already fled, but the woman wrote down his license plate number.

“When we got there, he was already gone, but we got a license plate number and tracked him down and he was arrested,” Bryski said.

Officials did not release the name of the suspect.
