The number one killer of Americans is heart disease. On Saturday, Oct. 26, the American Heart Association will host the 2013 Greater Los Angeles County Heart Walk at Westfield Valencia Town Center to help fund heart disease education and research.
Oscar Dominguez, vice president of Union Bank, recently hosted a meet-and-greet for community members and representatives of the American Heart Association at the Newhall Branch of Union Bank.
“I want to help them get the word out about the Walk,” Dominguez said.
Union Bank is the “Local My Heart. My Life. Sponsor.”
The Santa Clarita event is one of seven Walks that make up the 2013 Greater Los Angeles County Heart Walk. Walks have already been held in Palmdale, Pomona, Pasadena and downtown. Walks in Santa Monica and Long Beach will be held in November.

Expo sponsor booths will offer a variety of goodies.
