The event will feature 25 hot air balloons over eight acres of land, and a host of activities on both days, according to festival officials.
The event is expected to feature live music, as well as a vintage trailer village both days of the event.
The vintage trailer village will showcase 20 to 25 decorated trailers on the festival grounds, according to festival officials.
“There’s a huge craze going on right now for these darling vintage trailers…(they’re) lovingly restored by their owners and each one of them usually has a theme,” said Carla Edwards, the event’s organizer.

The event will also include a Glow ‘N’ Show Car Show on Saturday that will showcase more than 250 cars and feature a historic plane flyby, skydivers, aerobatic stunts, vintage tractors and beer tasting, according to the festival’s website.
Attendees had the option to purchase a ‘Sunset Wine Dinner’ package for Friday night, which is now sold out, and a ‘Firestone Walker Craft Beer Dinner’ package for Saturday night, which is still available and is priced at $95 per person.
“You’re going to have a memorable dining experience out there in the field looking at those hot air balloons,” Edwards said.
Individuals with interest in the festival can also choose to volunteer with the balloon crews.
“For those of you that have just been dying to check off that bucket list item of hot air balloons, you can go to an even further step and you can volunteer as balloon crew,” Edwards said. “This is an opportunity where people can… come out and help those balloon crews lay out the silks, inflate the balloons, help the balloon move around the field a bit. It’s a lot of fun.”
The event will also feature carnival games and rides, a petting zoo and other activities for kids, according to the festival’s website.
The festival is scheduled to conclude with a “Glow Party” beneath the illuminated hot air balloons set to the music of a live DJ.
“Come and discover what we’ve got new this year and we’d love to host you with the hot air balloons,” Edwards said.
Tickets for Friday will cost $12 for adults and $5 for kids age 6 to 14 and tickets for Saturday will cost $15 for adults and $5 for kids. Children 5 and under will be admitted for free
Tickets can be bought in advance on the festival’s website.
