Pedestrians Hospitaized In Hit-And-Run In Malibu, Sheriff’s Seeking Public Help

Two pedestrians were attempting to cross the street on the 25800 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when they were struck by a hit-and-run driver.

 The event occurred on July 26, 2013 around 8:30 P.M.  The two victims were taken to the hospital via helicopter for treatment.  The adult victim has a broken arm and the 3 year-old child has a fractured hip and several facial abrasions.  Both have been admitted to the hospital.

Pacific Coast Highway was closed between Corral Canyon Road and Puerco Canyon Road while deputies conducted their investigation. Deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating the driver of a silver-colored sport utility vehicle who left the scene after the accident.
