Joel and Susan Moss, owners of Paul Davis Emergency Services of Valencia has been serving the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities for 25 years.

They were recently honored at the Paul Davis National Convention in Orlando, Fla. on April 11-13.

The 2012 “Customer Experience Award” recognizes franchises from each district with the highest customer service score. Paul Davis of Valencia ranked highest for the Pacific Region (District 7).

“We have an independent survey company that calls all of our clients after our jobs are completed and asks them how our service was and would they use us again,” Joel Moss said.

He said that the Valencia franchise received a 90 percent positive response, the second highest in the network.

“I believe that we should treat people the way we would like to be treated,” Moss said, “with compassion and understanding in their time of need.”

Their 90 percent rating comes from the approximately 97 jobs that Paul Davis of Valencia performed last year.
