A family was displaced after a fire was discovered in their attic Saturday morning, reported L.A. County Fire Department officials.
“Fire was dispatched at 1:58 a.m. and was knocked down by 2:21 a.m.,” said Art Marrujo, Dispatch Supervisor for the L.A. County Fire Dept.
It is still unknown as to what caused the fire said Marrujo.
“We received a call of a bedroom fire of a 2 story family dwelling where residents were evacuating, we sent everyone available and called edison and gas to contain the fire as quickly as possible.”
The incident was located at 24204 Cary Ct.
