KHTS Releases New, Free Smartphone App For Droid, iPhone

Santa Clarita Valley’s local radio station, AM-1220 KHTS, has been the area’s only local news source on the airwaves for almost 11 years.

And now, the SCV’s radio station is available anywhere a smartphone has service.

The SCV’s local station KHTS is going mobile for iPhones and Android devices.

To download the app, just type “KHTS” into the search function for downloading programs on a Droid or iPhone.

The app will allow listeners everywhere to catch new shows, such as the “City of Santa Clarita Spotlight with Perry Smith,” as well as, its award-winning programs like “Around the Barn.” Fan favorites “Total Financial Solutions Safer Money Hour with Arif Halaby,” “Non-Profit Spotlight with Janice Murray,” “Real Estate Radio Network with Don and Gino,” “Families in Action with Cary Quashen,” “The Rock-Inspirational Music & Christian Talk with Barry McKeever,” “Friday Matinee with Paul Strickland,” “The Jelly Man Hour with Kyle Jellings,” and many more will also be available.
