The Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Home Tour League is hosting its 2013 membership luncheon and fashion show at Hart Hall on Newhall Avenue, from 11:30 to 2 p.m. on Thursday.

Guests will have the opportunity to preview the latest fashions from local shops on Main Street, while also learning about the Home Tour League.

The League welcomes new members to help with its annual fundraising projects. Events planned for this year include the popular Home Tour, Gala and Boutique, which raises funds for women’s services at the hospital.

For the last several years, the League’s efforts have helped to fund Henry Mayo’s new 11-bed, state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit, which opened in 2012.

About the Home Tour League

The Home Tour League is an all-volunteer organization that is now in its 33nd year. It is open to new members throughout the year. Membership dues are $30 per year and time commitments can range from one day during the tour to as many hours as a volunteer would like to contribute.
