Career advisors will assist students in drafting a career plan for postsecondary education.
All students are invited to attend, including students that are currently enrolled in private schools, charter schools or homeschooling.
The college and career fair is open to high school students of any grade, however the presentation will be most beneficial to high school juniors and seniors.
The program will have an exhibit-style format and will feature more than 100 college representatives from around the country.
There will be admission representatives from California colleges, out-of-state schools and career colleges, giving out information to students and parents about the different aspects of their schools.
Career preparation and apprenticeship program representatives will also be on hand to answer questions about educational opportunities.
The goal of the Hart District is to prepare all of its students for their post-high school education. The district serves students interested in a wide range of postsecondary options, including community colleges, universities and career technical education.
