Update: Firefighters Respond To Mobile Home Fire In Canyon Country

UPDATES INJURIES AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY FIRE

Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to a structure fire at the 20400 block of Soledad Canyon Road, at 12:48 p.m. on Wednesday.

The incident was called in as a bathroom on fire at the Parklane Mobile Estates at Soledad and Rainbow Glen Drive, according to Fire Inspector Anthony Akins.

Engine 104 from the Fire Station on Golden Valley Road in Canyon Country was the first to be dispatched to the scene, and the fire was reported knocked down at 1:04 p.m.

One individual was transported from the scene to a local area hospital, but the extent of their injuries was not known or how they were related to the fire.

The fire did not spread beyond the bathroom, Akins said, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
