Deputies Still Looking For Jack In The Box Robbery Suspect

The Jack in the Box on Hasley Canyon Road in Castaic was robbed Tuesday night. A man walked in around 9 p.m. with a semi-automatic black pistol and demanded money, according to Lt. Mark Hershey.

There were customers in the restaurant when the 30- to 45-year-old Hispanic male lifted his shirt so that employees could see the pistol on his waistband. He walked out with several hundred dollars.

The suspect is still at large, and the Sheriff’s Department does not yet have any idea about his identity. If you have information about this crime, contact the Sheriff’s Department at 661-255-1121.
