Chamber Of Commerce 'Lunch and Learn' Addresses Health Concerns

Do you have burning hands and feet or unexplained numbness and tingling? You may have peripheral neuropathy.

To help educate Santa Clarita residents about this disease and to help provide answers for those who suffer from it, the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting a “Lunch & Learn” seminar on Friday, February 8 at 11:45 a.m. at their suite on Tourney Road.

A keynote speaker from the Foundation of Wellness Professionals will discuss common symptoms such as shooting pain, burning, tingling and numbness, in addition to complications which can affect digestion, blood pressure and breathing and even cause paralysis.

While there is no cure for Peripheral Neuropathy, treatment options are available.

The Lunch & Learn is free and food is provided. For more information or to RSVP, contact Cheryl Ramirez at CRamirez@scvchamber.com, call 661-702-6977 or click here.
