Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Burglary Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man believed to be responsible for a residential burglary.

The incident occurred Friday at approximately 2:20 p.m. on the 27000 block of Victoria Lane in Valencia. The robbery occurred near the Bridgeport neighborhood off of McBean Parkway.

“Sheriff’s Station officials are asking for help from the community that we serve in solving this crime,” said Deputy Josh Dubin of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. “We believe that this suspect might be involved in other similar incidents.”

There was another burglary victim in the same general vicinity of the incident pictured, Dubin said.

The suspect, pictured below, gained access to the interior of the garage of the victim’s residence.

The suspect entered the garage through the rear door of the garage.

Once inside the garage, the victim’s security surveillance system picked up numerous still photos of the suspect taking items from inside the garage.

Before exiting the garage, the suspect also stole the surveillance video camera itself.

It appears through the photographs the suspect is a white man with a shaved head.

The suspect appears to have tattoos on his left arm and the back of his neck.

The attached photos are of the person Santa Clarita Valley Burglary Unit detectives would like to identify and talk to in connection with the crime.

Other garages in the area have also been reportedly burglarized, and it is possible this suspect is also responsible.

If you know the identity of the person shown in these photos, or his whereabouts, detectives are asking that you call LA Crime Stoppers by dialing 800-222-TIPS (8477), texting the letters TIPLA, plus your tip, to CRIMES (274637), or using the website.
