Brush Fire Reported Out Near Northbound Side Of Highway 14

Firefighters extinguished a fire between Placerita Canyon and Golden Valley Road near Highway 14, east of the northbound side of the freeway.

Fire Station 150 personnel responded to the call that went out at 4:29 p.m. The fire was reported out by 4:47 p.m.

Traffic is expected to be impacted while firefighters handle the blaze. California Highway Patrol officials are shutting down the slow lane. 

There are currently three units on scene.
