The traveling interactive art exhibit, which was recently featured in Bakersfield at Taft College and at the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, is expected to showcase 15 works of art by Eileen Ettinger, Iva Fendrick, Kathryn and Stewart Fields, Enemerio Galvan, Marcy Holbrook, Justin Jennings, David Leitch, Bill Malis, Dan Slayton, Brian Stanton, Marlene Tatsuno, and Hank Washington.

Image Due to the “Art in Touch” exhibit’s appeal to the blind and visually impaired community, the exhibit seeks to foster arts-based blind/seeing discussions and experience.

“What makes the exhibit so unique is that it is both visual and tactile, which broadens its reach and inspires thought and conversation,” said City of Santa Clarita Mayor Bob Kellar.

The inimitable exhibit, funded by a grant from the Black Rock Arts Foundation, is expected to be presented during the following times: Fridays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.

“Art in Touch”  is located at in space 125 on Town Center Drive at Westfield Valencia Town Center.
