In 2003, after perfecting their own secret teriyaki recipe in a city where teriyaki is the norm, brothers Rod and Alen Arreola and their cousin Eric Garma left the rainy weather of Seattle. Family and friends doubted their success. But the trio knew they could expose the concept of teriyaki restaurants to everyone. Teriyaki Madness provides a fresh alternative to hamburgers and fast food. High-quality ingredients and freshly cooked dishes create the obsession and addictive qualities of the Teriyaki Madness experience.
