    Island of the Blue Dolphin by Emily Miller

    Good Morning KHTS listeners!  Hi! My name is Emily Miller and I am a 4th grader
    in Mrs. Schneider’s class at Mitchell Elementry School in the Sulphur Springs
    School District. 


    I’ll be reviewing Island of the Blue Dolphin written by Scott O’Dell.  It was
    written in 1960 and is 181 pages long.


    Eldest by Madeline Kiehl

    Hi, my name is Madeline Kiehl, and I am currently a fourth grader at
    Old Orchard Elementary School. 


    I  will be reviewing Eldest by Christopher Paolini.  It is 668 pages long and was written in 2005. 


    This story is about two cousins, Eragon and Roran.  Eragon is sent to
    finish his training as a dragon rider in the elven capital, Ellesmera.

    My name is Melissa Hollinger and I am a 4th grader in Mrs. Child’s class at Pinetree Elementary School in the Sulpher Springs School District.


    I’ll be reviewing the book Beezus and Ramona written by Beverly Cleary. It was written in the year 1955 and is 159 pages long.

    The Last Dragon by Gina Guaderrama

    The story begins with a long forgotten dragon hanging in the window of the Lung Fung Trading Company.  A young boy named Peter doesn’t want to spend a summer with his Great Aunt who lives above a noodle factory in Chinatown.  He thinks everything there is old, alien, and strange.  Peter runs into the store and buys the dragon.  He takes it back to Great Aunt’s apartment and puts it on a hat rack.  The dragon has no teeth, no eyes, and the body and tail are in bad shape. 


    The Stowaway by Trevor Hladysh

    Hi, my name is Trevor Hladysh and I’m a 4th grader in Mrs. Moore’s class at Pinetree Elementary school in the Sulphur Sptings School District.


    I’ll be reviewing The Stowaway written and illustrated by Kristiana Grerory.  It was written in 1985 and is 126 pages long.
