Every weekday at 9:10am, tune in as KHTS hosts 4th Grade Books Reports! Hear 4th graders from around Santa Clarita giving a live description of popular books they've read. 4th Grade Book Reports often make great reading recommendations for your children!

    Good morning, KHTS listeners.  Hi, my name is Kristin Hill and I am a 4th grader in Mrs. Herrback’s class at Old Orchard Elementary School in the Newhall School District.  I’ll be reviewing Dragon Slippers, written by Jessica Day George.  It was written in 2007 and is 224 pages long.

    Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, by Jakob Daucher

    Hi, my name is Jakob Daucher and I am a fourth grader in Mr. Boligitz’s class at Old Orchard Elementary School in the Newhall School District.  I will be reviewing Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, written and illustrated by J.K. Rowling.  It was written in 1997 and it is 309 pages long.

    Gregor and the Code of the Claw, by Adam Osowski

    Good morning KHTS listeners!  My name is Adam Osowski and I am a 4th grader in Mrs. Schmidt’s class at Old Orchard Elementary School in the Newhall School District.  I’ll be reviewing Gregor and the Code of the Claw, written by Susan Collins.  It was written in 2007 and is 412 pages long.  This is book number 5 in the series of The Underland Chronicles.

    Good Morning! KHTS Listeners. I'm Antoinette Hernandez a fourth grader here at James Foster Elementary School in Mrs. McDougle and Mrs. Kane's class here in the Saugus School District.

    I'll be reviewing The Sister Switch written by Jane B. Mason. It was written in July of 2008. It is about two identical twin sisters Andi and Caitlin, who start junior high. Andi hates math and Caitlin hates sports. So they trade places on the day that they both have test on those exact subjects. They make this day upside down.
