Congratulations, J.J. DiLuigi of Canyon High School for being a “Player of the Week”.
 
 
J.J. DiLuigi ran the ball 69 yards for a touchdown, on the second play of and less than a minute into the second half.   Canyon scored 28 unanswered points in the second half to defeat the Saugus Centurions 42-7.  DiLuigi ran for a total of 154 yard and a touchdown.
 
Congratulation, J.J. DiLuigi from Lockheed Federal Credit Union, The Signal, and
KHTS AM-1220!
 
For his performance, Lockheed Federal Credit Union will donate $250 to the Canyon High School booster club.
 
Recognition also goes to Isabella Fraczek of  Valencia High School for her win in the Foothill League Singles Tennis Championship 2-6, 6-1, and 7-6.
