A voluntary program launched Monday privately and randomly tests teenagers for drugs, discouraging kids from succumbing to peer pressure....
ACTION, a local group spearheaded by KHTS's Stephanie Weiss, will donate urine testing and optional follow-up services if the drug test comes back positive. The idea is the brainchild of City Councilman and Assistant Saugus High VP Frank Ferry.
In the program, kids who don't take drugs can say, "Dad tests my urine."
