LAX and Burbank not the Only Options [1]

The Los Angeles city airport commission voted to resume flights from Palmdale Airport this fall....

Palmdale Airport, a huge 17,000 square foot facitlity with a 9,000 square foot terminal, lies on the east side of the 14 on the south edge of the Palmdale City limits. 

Palmdale Airport last carried a commercial flight six years ago.  Scenic Airlines plans to start flights from Palmdale to North Las Vegas. 

The facility, if utilized as plans, could develop to handle almost 13 million passengers by 2030.
