The Gazette Radio Hour - Friday, May 16, 2014
The one and only John Rogers and Doug Sutton are known throughout the universe as a unique combination of flagrant paramorphism and devastatingly unabashed truth in the3 face of any opposition. Doug Sutton and John Rogers are heroes of the spoken word. They have (arguably) single handedly produced some of the most interesting and thought provoking guests of all time to ever grace the 1 o’clock radio hour. At least, that is the response you’ll get from Doug Sutton if you ask him some of the achievements he and his cohort John Rogers have succeeded in accomplishing since the dawn of the Gazette Radio Hour. The Gazette Radio Hour is the radio digest version of the local Santa Clarita Valley publication aptly known as the Gazette and Free Classifieds which feeds the community with invaluable knowledge once a week, every week for (if Doug Sutton has anything to say about it) the remainder of days earth can supply its people with sunshine and sustenance. That being said, he also the owner of said publication and takes his position as a community leader very seriously. So seriously in fact, that he meticulously searches, scouts, and finds relevant and motivated individuals of shapes, sizes, creeds and denominations that he feels contribute value to his beloved community. Such is the case with the latest episode of the Gazette Radio Hour, which contains a fascinating list of notable guest speakers and the infamous ‘Doug’s Rant’ which is a segment containing all things that drive Doug to the point of insanity. Which without John Rogers, Doug would most certainly burst a blood vessel.
