Maria Gutzeit was the leading vote-getter, earning 1,089 votes in her district, which was 27.42 percent of the vote.
Gutzeit’s term could be a short one. She also has declared her intention to run for Santa Clarita City Council in April’s election.
B.J. Atkins came in second, with 1,047 votes, or 26.36 percent of the turnout.
Kathy Colley, who earned her second term, came in third with 939 votes.

He grabbed 897 votes.
KHTS AM-1220, along with SCVTV and SIgnal Multimedia hosted a candidate forum for the water board in October.
Colley and Puckett elected not to attend.
