Free: No Excuses Transformation (NET) Exercise Class [1]

No Excuses Transformation (NET) Exercise Class does not require any special equipment.  It can be accomplished in just 20 minutes and is core-metabolic conditioning.

This free class starts at 7pm, please arrive no later than 6:55pm.  The class will end at 8pm. Classes are limited to 8 people per class.
