The five-member Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission [3] meets on the first Thursday of the month, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Members of the public wishing to address the commission may do so by completing a speaker's slip upon arrival at the meeting. There is a three minute time limit per person.
