Details: The five-member of Arts Commission [3] meets on the second Thursday of the month, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Members of the public wishing to address the commission may do so by completing a speaker's slip upon arrival at the meeting. There is a three minute time limit per person.
