Location:  Henry Mayo’s Outpatient Therapy Services, Golden Valley Plaza, 19013 Golden Valley Road, #125, Santa Clarita

Details:  Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital’s free Spine Education Program is now also offered at the Outpatient Physical Therapy’s location in the Golden Valley Plaza in Canyon Country (across from Lowes). The class offers valuable information on how you can take better care of your spine, including lifestyle changes that may help with pain management and prevent future injuries. Classes meet 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. every fourth Wednesday of the month at Henry Mayo’s Outpatient Therapy Services, Golden Valley Plaza, 19013 Golden Valley Road, #125, Santa Clarita. Seating is limited.
