Freshwater Report:
1)  Castaic Lake....The last trout plant was a month ago.  Trout fishing has been fair to good lately.  Try the lower Lagoon for a shot at some decent sized largemouth bass.  Still a few stripers in the 3-6 pound size, try the Main Ramp.  Slow fishing for everything else.
2)  Pyramid Lake....Fair trout fishing since the last trout plant of three weeks ago. There's a few striped bass around in the 3-6 pound class; for them, try the Marina or Inlet.  Bass are deep in 12-30 foot depth.  Slow fishin for bluegill and catfish.
3)  Lake Piru....Few reports and few anglers.  Slow fishing for just about everything here.
4)  Lake Cachuma....Thre's a very good bass bite going on in 10-25 foot depth.  Also, a few crappie to be had in the narrows.  Inconsistent trout bite.  Slow for all other species.
