We are so busy around the holidays with out of town guests and gift shopping, that the idea of decorating can be overwhelming. Please read on for a great Thanksgiving tradition for your family to enjoy.
This idea took root when our kids were small. We began with a paper tree and cut out paper leaves. As each guest arrives, the kids ask the guest to write what he/she is thankful for, then attach to the paper tree, or tie onto the metal tree.
We read the tags aloud before dinner. This keeps our family and guests focused on the true meaning of the holiday, gratitude and grace.
