On May 23, 2011, KHTS was pleased to welcome Kim Goldman of the SCV Youth Project to the KHTS Non Profit Spotlight.

The KHTS Non-Profit Spotlight, hosted by Janice Murray can be heard on Mondays at 10am on AM-1220 KHTS.

The Santa Clarita Valley Youth Project encourages youth to deal with the concerns they face daily and to avoid high-risk activities such as drug use, unsafe sex, peer influence, truancy and running away. Confidential, non-judgmental and non-threatening access to the services they need with absolutely no strings attached is made available to or local Santa Clarita Valley Youth. Services include On-Site Individual and Family Therapy, Case Management as well as Crisis Response, a Self Injury Support Group and One on One Mentoring. Their campus outreach team works daily with students, school counselors and administrators on our high school campuses..
