Bonnie Deagon and Jeanine Hancock, Educators from the Castaic Lake Water Agency stopped by the KHTS AM 1220 kiosk at the Westfield Valencia Town Center Mall. They discussed the Castaic Lake Water Agency's $15,000 Water Challenge Scholarship for high school students.
