Stakes are raised for local teams.

Starting Friday, five local high school and college football
teams enter the playoffs.

 

Saugus, Valencia,
Hart and Santa Clarita Christian will face tough high school opponents, while
COC will host a Western bowl game against Antelope
Valley College.

 

Here’s the schedule of games:

 

Friday, November 21st

 

Valencia
vs. Ventura (at Valencia)
– Game time 7:00 p.m.  

 

Saugus vs.
Righetti (at COC) – Game time 7:30 p.m.    UPDATE: Game to be broadcast live on AM-1220 KHTS.

 

Hart vs. Atascadero (at Atascadero)
– Game time 7:30 p.m.

 

 

Saturday, November 22nd

 

COC vs. Antelope Valley
College (at COC) – Game time 7:00 p.m.  Game to be broadcast live on AM-1220 KHTS.

 

Santa Clarita Christian vs. Avalon (tentatively at Canyon
High) – Game time 7:00 p.m.
